1. Service Description
Classic Kid Lit produces personalized children's audiobooks using AI voice cloning and AI illustration technology, based on public domain literary works.
2. Digital Products & Refunds
All deliverables are digital (MP3 files and/or video files). Due to the custom nature of each order, all sales are final. If there is a technical failure on our end, we will re-process your order at no charge.
3. Acceptable Use
Orders are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may share your audiobook with family and friends. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of the generated content.
4. Voice & Photo Uploads
By uploading a voice recording or photo, you confirm you have the right to use that recording or image and consent to its use for AI processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The underlying stories are public domain. The narration, illustrations, and video produced for your order are licensed to you for personal use. Classic Kid Lit retains rights to the production process and AI-generated assets.
6. Liability
Classic Kid Lit is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
